My name is Andrea Childs and I can't wait to join you all in Devin!

I'm a Fulbright grantee at PGPCHE Ekzarh Yosif Foreign Language High School in Razgrad teaching literature and language to students in 8th to 12th grade.

I'm originally from Iowa, where I graduated from the University of Iowa with two degrees: English/Creative Writing and Secondary English Education.

When I return to Iowa, I plan to be a high school English teacher, though I'm hoping to teach some French as well because I'm fluent!

In my free time I love to do creative things, like write, draw, or crochet. Creativity is so important to me and I'm a big fan of using it at every opportunity! I also love learning new languages - I'm working primarily on Bulgarian right now but I'm planning to start studying Spanish and Arabic as well.

I'm super excited to be a part of the team in Devin and I think it will be a wonderful time!
